Why Us

Having worked with the SoCar team and SK Group on various events before we were the go to team selected to execute this media launch with less than 2 weeks notice.

Our Audience

The event was to be an introduction of a new derivative of SoCar called Trevo. A peer to peer rental service. Our audience will be over 100 media members, corporate partners, representatives from SK group in Korea, a cabinet minister and various ambassadors.

Working Smart

Big Bash Media took up the challenge by quickly finding a location (the beautiful glasshouse in seputeh) and doing a virtual mockup of the area which consisted of various activity booths and a high octane launch gimmick.

"Since the event was to be planned in short notice, we got our whole creative team together for an all nighter. Our 3d artists worked in tandem with our producers by drawing ideas out live. The space was tight and we needed to fit a big media list in together with a full stage and most imporanly an SUV that would drive out of a box as our launch gimmick as the big media moment."
Priya, Marketing Director and Project Lead

What Else

Along with the main launch in the morning, the local office wanted to treat their international guests with a small celebration post event.

We brought on a second team to hold a consecutive party right after the launch. With only 1 hour to turn around the whole venue from a media launch day event to a night party we worked with a large crew that could tear down and build up concurrently.

The final event was a huge success. Media turnout was over expected with us filling the venue wall to wall, and the photo-ops, editorials and media mileage all exceeded expectations. All in all for 10 days work from concept to reality the event was not compromised in anyway and we delivered the usual quality expected from the Big Bash team.
